Since being launched in 2007, the Center for Dairy Excellence advanced several programs and projects, both on its own and in conjunction with the New York Farm Viability Institute or other dairy industry collaborators. These initiatives were identified by the New York Dairy Industry Task Force as top priorities for the first year.
